Police are appealing for witnesses of a burglary at a shop in Tetbury during the early hours of this morning (Friday 26 January).
Officers were called at 4.45am with a report that men had forced entry to Co-op Food store on Long Street before stealing several thousand pounds from inside.
It is believed several men, who were all wearing black clothing, arrived and left in a dark coloured car and officers would like to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious vehicles or activity in the area at the time.
They would also like to hear from anyone who witnessed what happened but has not yet spoken to police or who has any relevant dashcam or CCTV footage.
Anyone with information is asked to complete the following form quoting incident 40 of 26 January: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report/
