Officers have closed Barnwood Road in Gloucester following a collision this evening (Friday 2 February).
Police were called shortly after 5.50pm with a report of a collision between a motorcyclist and electric bicycle outside Queens Fish and Chip Shop.
Two men are currently being assessed by paramedics.
The road has been closed while emergency services remain at the scene with motorists asked to find alternative routes.
Officers are asking anyone who witnessed the collision but was unable to stop or who has dashcam footage to make contact.
