A man has died following a collision on the A38 near Deerhurst Walton, near Tewkesbury yesterday (Tuesday 17 December).
Police were called at around 4.50pm with a report of a collision involving a Honda Civic and a pedestrian, a man aged in his 60s.
Emergency services attended, including an air ambulance, however despite their best efforts the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed and will be supported by a specially trained officer.
No-one in the car sustained injuries.
A collision investigation took place overnight and the closures which were in place on the A38 have since been removed.
