Police are appealing for information after a man was reported engaging in an indecent act near to a Cheltenham park at the weekend.
Officers are investigating the incident which happened by the tennis courts at Montpellier Gardens on Saturday (17 August) between 2.30pm and 3pm.
Two women playing a game of tennis saw a man in his 70s go into the bushes close to the courts.
The man emerged a few moments later and appeared to be zipping up his trousers. He stood and watched the women for a time, before returning into the bushes, where he was seen to be masturbating.
When challenged by one of the women, he laughed before walking out of the park.
The man is described as being white, 5ft 6in in height, with thinning white hair and tanned skin.
He was wearing dark blue suit trousers and jacket, with a shirt underneath, and had very white teeth veneers.
