Police are investigating two separate reports that a man in Cheltenham approached women and exposed himself to them.
In both incidents a man approached a woman and asked her where a road was that he was trying to find. During the conversation he has exposed his genitals to both women and he was masturbating.
One incident happened at around 8.50am on Tuesday 23 July on Painswick Road, and the other on Treelands Drive the following Tuesday (30 July).
The incidents are being treated as linked and the man has been described as being white, aged in his 50/60s and with long grey and white hair. In one of the incidents he was also seen getting into a white van.
Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw this man or lives in either area and has CCTV footage which could assist.
