Details of alleged breach

It is alleged that the officer made discourteous, inappropriate, and unprofessional comments to female colleagues, violated their dignity and/ or created an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment for them in the workplace.  

This hearing will be held in public.

Restriction

It is a condition of entry to the proceedings that any person attending shall not write down or record/ reveal or otherwise transmit or share with any person outside of the Hearing room, the identity of any persons as directed by the Chair of the proceedings, inclusive by name or any other names or any information that could or tends to identify such persons either during the proceedings or at any time after the proceedings. Attendance at the Hearing is conditional on complying with this restriction.

Important note

If you wish to apply to attend this Hearing, you must book no later than two working days before the Hearing commences.

Any members of the public or press who attend, must be in attendance at least 30-minutes before the proceedings are scheduled to commence; failure to do so could result in them not being permitted into the Hearing that day.

The identity of victims/ witnesses will be protected during the Hearing as appropriate.
