Three teenage boys have been charged following an incident inside McDonald’s on Westgate Street, Gloucester, on Tuesday evening (6 September).
A 15-year-old from Gloucester was charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a wooden bat. A second 15-year-old, also from Gloucester, was charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a knife. They cannot be named for legal reasons.
Caden Stephen, aged 18 and of Boulmer Avenue, Kingsway, was charged with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a knife.
All three were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court this morning.
Two further boys, both aged 17 and from Gloucester, have now been arrested and remain in police custody at this time.
