Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision which took place in Brockworth last month.
It was reported that a woman was hit by an elderly driver whilst inspecting her vehicle at around 8.30pm on Thursday 2 December.
The woman had pulled up on Ermin Street to check her vehicle for a flat tyre when the collision took place.
The impact from the black Ford Kuga resulted in her being taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital after sustaining two broken ankles.
The driver of the Ford stopped at the scene and was spoken to by attending officers.
Investigating officers are working to establish what happened and are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has information to come forward.
