Officers are appealing for witnesses to a burglary at a camera shop in Dursley over the weekend.
Police were called to Clifton Cameras on Parsonage Street at 3am on Saturday (3 June) after it was reported that three men had forced entry to the shop.
The owner of the shop has stated that around £60,000 worth of Canon, Nikon and Leica branded cameras and lenses were stolen during the burglary.
Officers attended the scene and searched the area but the offenders had fled and enquiries are now ongoing to identify them.
The men were described as being white, wearing all black clothing and had ski-masks/balaclavas over their faces. One of them was wearing an Adidas hoody.
Anyone who has any information which could assist the ongoing investigation, or anyone who has been offered any camera equipment for sale, is asked to contact police online by completing the following form and quoting incident 57 of 3 June: www.gloucestershire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report/
