Officers are appealing for witnesses to a two vehicle collision which took place in Cheltenham last month.
Police were called with a report that a motorbike and car had been involved in a collision on the A40 London Road at the crossroads with the A435 Cirencester Road.
The collision, which involved a Black Honda CB125F motorcycle and a black car, took place at around 12.15pm on Wednesday 17 May.
The motorcyclist sustained minor injuries.
The driver of the car failed to stop and continued on their journey, but later returned to leave their details.
Officers are now asking anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dashcam footage to make contact.
