Wanted man Joshua Bell is charged with rape and strangulation

A man has been charged following a wanted appeal which was issued earlier this week.
Joshua Bell, aged 28 and of no fixed abode, has been charged with four counts of strangulation and two counts of rape.
He appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court yesterday (Thursday 26 January) and was remanded in custody to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday 24 February.
