Two men have been charged in connection with the theft of bicycles after being arrested by officers from the Cheltenham Neighbourhood Policing Team.
Terrence White, 42 and of Sussex Avenue in Cheltenham was arrested yesterday (Wednesday) before being charged with one count of theft of a bicycle and one count of theft by shoplifting.
Gregory Hallam, 31 and of no fixed abode was also arrested before being charged with theft of a bicycle.
They were both released on police bail to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on 29 October.
A 22-year-old man and 15-year-old boy were also arrested on suspicion of the theft of a bicycle and have since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
