An additional two men have been charged in connection with the wounding of a man in Gloucester on Sunday 2 August.
Sadique Thomas, 21 and of Desford Close in Gloucester and Jay Campbell, 22 and of Bloomfield Road in Gloucester were arrested on Saturday (5 December) before being charged.
Thomas was charged with attempted murder and Campbell has been charged with assisting an offender.
Both men have been remanded in custody to appear at Bristol Crown Court on Thursday (10 December).
The charges relate to an incident where a man sustained serious wounds to his leg and arms on Salisbury Road on Sunday 2 August.
20-year-old Kevin McNeil who was previously charged with attempted murder in connection with the incident is due to be appearing at Gloucester Crown Court for trial on Monday 11 January.
