A specialist team of officers dedicated to tackling the crimes that cause the most harm in our communities have seized class A drugs and arrested four men following a chase over garden fences.
Officers from the Cheltenham Vanguard Team executed a drugs warrant in the St Paul's area last night (Thursday) after intelligence had been gathered about suspected drug dealing from a property in the area.
The arrests were made after officers discovered a quantity of suspected heroin and crack cocaine with an estimated value of £700, cash, drugs paraphernalia and mobile phones within the address.
Two men from London, aged 21 and 22, and two men from Cheltenham, aged 22 and 32, were arrested on suspicion of the supply of Class A drugs.
They remain in police custody at this time while enquiries continue.
Officers are asking anyone who suspects drug dealing or suspicious activity taking place in their community to report it to either Crimestoppers anonymously or police.
You can report this to police online by using the following form: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/soh/seen-or-heard/
