Road closures in place following serious collision near Air Balloon roundabout

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious collision near to the Air Balloon Roundabout in Birdlip which happened shortly before 4.30pm today, Monday 21 November.

Closures are in place between the Air Balloon roundabout, on the A417 towards Cirencester and Cowley roundabout. Traffic travelling up the hill towards the Air Balloon roundabout can come round the roundabout and back down towards Gloucester, but they cannot exit the roundabout towards Cirencester.

Police were called to a three-vehicle collision and remain at the scene.
