Police are asking for a cyclist who may have been injured in a collision in Gloucester yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 31 October) to come forward.
Shortly after 2.45pm a report was made to police that there had been a collision on the roundabout at the junction with the A38 Eastern Avenue and Cotteswold Road.
The collision involved a cyclist and a grey Vauxhall, and the cyclist was thrown onto the bonnet of the car. The motorist did not stop at the scene.
Investigating officers are concerned for the cyclist's welfare and are keen to hear from him. He was described as having dark hair, was wearing shorts and was riding a black and white bicycle.
The witness checked over the victim, who was described as being shocked and shaken, and he rode off while the caller was on the phone to emergency services.
