Police are appealing for witnesses of a man committing a lewd act in Churchdown

We are investigating after receiving a report that a man was seen committing a lewd act in a playing field in Churchdown.
A man was seen to masturbate while stood in the trees off the field on Friday 14 May, around 6pm.
The offender was in the wooded area at the edge of the playing field behind Imjin Barracks in Innsworth. The man left the area when police arrived.
The man is described as being white, of a medium build and a average height, wearing a black hooded top, and dark blue jeans.
Officers have spoken to witnesses and will be conducting further patrols in the area.
They are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, but who has not yet spoken to police, to come forward.
