Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was reported waving a machete around in Cinderford.
On Saturday 29 October, between 10.30am and 10.35am, a man was reported being seen exiting a silver Mercedes with the personalised registration L3YPC on Valley Road, Cinderford with a machete-like blade. He then began to wave it about aggressively and was shouting in the street at members of the public.
This lasted for around five minutes before the man then got back into the vehicle and drove away.
The man was described as white, bald, short and of average build, wearing blue jeans.
One man was arrested in connection with the incident and has since been release on police bail with conditions.
Investigating officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
