Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision involving a car and a cyclist in Cheltenham.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the collision on Bamfurlong Lane which happened shortly after 4.30pm on Saturday, 9 July.
One man, aged in his 20s, was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by Air Ambulance with serious injuries. He remains in a stable condition at this time.
Two men, one aged 18 and from Cheltenham, and the other aged 20 and also from Cheltenham, were arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. They have since been released under investigation pending further enquiries
Closures were in place on Bamfurlong Lane, between Staverton Airport and Cheltenham Road East.
Investigating officers are asking anyone who witnessed the collision and hasn't already spoken to police to please get in contact.
Additionally they would like to hear from anyone who may have dashcam or CCTV footage.
