Police in Stroud are appealing for witnesses following an altercation in the woodlands between Coopers and Folly woods in Woodmancote, Dursley last month.
On Saturday 30 April, a man was walking down a public footpath in woodland when a motorbike with two boys on came up the track towards him from the direction of Dursley.
It was reported that he waved and shouted for the boys to go back or stop so he could pass safely.
As the motorbike passed the man the footrest of the bike hit his left shin. He also sustained scratches on his right hand from the handlebar.
Both the boys were described as wearing white full face helmets, dark trousers and the driver had a lighter jacket on.
The driver of the motorbike was described as being roughly around 18-years-old and the passenger around 14 to 16-years old. Both had dark coloured hair.
The passenger was also carrying a four-pack of beer.
The vehicle was described as being a dirt-bike with no number plate and had blue and white panels.
Officers are investigating the incident and are appealing for anyone who may know the boys or who has witnessed the incident, or similar activity in the area.
