Man seen committing lewd act in Cinderford park

On Tuesday afternoon (1 December) police received a report that a man aged in his 50s to 60s was seen committing a lewd act in Linear Park in Cinderford.
The caller reported that the man was near to the duck pond at the St White's Road end of the park when he was seen to be masturbating.
He was wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident, which was between 1.35pm and 1.45pm.
The man was described as being of a medium build with broad shoulders and was around 5ft 8ins in height.
