A man is due to appear at court next month after being charged in connection with the theft of a bicycle in Cheltenham.
Craig Mulcahy, 34 and of Oakhanger Lane, Gloucester was arrested by officers from the Cheltenham Neighbourhood Policing Team yesterday (Thursday 2 July) before being charged with theft of a bicycle, going equipped for theft and breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order.
He has been released on bail and is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Monday 3 August.
The charges relate to the seizure of a bicycle, damaged bicycle lock and bolt croppers.
