Man and woman charged with drugs offences in Cheltenham

A man and a woman from London were due in court today, Wednesday 25 March, charged with committing drugs offences in Cheltenham.
James Spencer, 18, and Olga Spencer, 47, both from Woolwich, were arrested in the Montpelier area yesterday by officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary's Crime Operations team.
James Spencer is charged with six offences - possession with intent to supply crack cocaine; possession with intent to supply heroin; possession with intent to supply cocaine; supply heroin; supply crack cocaine; and acquiring or using criminal property.
Olga Spencer is charged with two offences - being concerned in the supply of heroin; and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.
They are due to be appearing at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court.
