Man and woman arrested on suspicion of burglary in Cheltenham

A man and woman are in custody on suspicion of burglary after a member of the public reported suspicious activity in Cheltenham during the early hours of this morning (Friday).
Police were called to St Peters Square after a member of the public reported seeing two people gain entry to a property before leaving with items from inside.
Officers attended and a 39-year-old man and 29-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of burglary..
They remain in custody at this time and a number of items were seized during the arrest.
Enquiries are ongoing at this time.
