Police are appealing for help to identify a man officers want to speak to in connection with a sexual assault in Cheltenham earlier this month.
On Thursday 4 November police received a report that a woman was sexually assaulted whilst on Lower High Street between 1.30am and 2am.
It was reported that the victim was approached by an unknown man while walking home. He grabbed her face and licked her and tried to kiss her.
The man was described as being Asian, approximately 20 to 30-years-old, was wearing black skinny jeans, a grey jacket, white trainers and a yellow hat.
Investigating officers have completed a number of enquiries since the incident but are yet to identify the man pictured and are now asking for information from the public.
