Police have issued CCTV footage of possible witnesses to an assault outside a pub in Tewkesbury in a bid to identify them.
The assault happened outside the Albion Inn on Oldbury Road at around 12.10am on Sunday 14 May.
The victim, a 58-year-old man, was hit from behind and knocked unconscious and sustained cuts and bruising. He attended hospital and was later discharged.
There were several people outside the pub at the time and police are keen to hear from them.
A 46-year-old man from Tewkesbury was arrested on suspicion of assault and was released on police bail with conditions.
Those who are in the footage are being sought as possible witnesses or those who helped at the scene.
It is understood that the two men involved are known to each other.
