Officers investigating an assault and attempted robbery on Cheltenham High Street have issued CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
It was reported that a man had been assaulted while walking near to Kaspa's Desserts at around 5.30pm on Wednesday 13 September.
Members of the public reported that two men had approached the victim, hit him over the head and shouted abuse.
They went on to push the man to floor, kick him and attempted to steal his phone before walking away in the direction of New Street and Waitrose.
The victim was taken to Cheltenham General Hospital as a precaution following the assault.
A suspect has been arrested and re-called to prison, however police are now asking for the public's help to identify a second man.
Officers have conducted a number of enquiries since the incident, but are yet to identify him, and are now asking for information from the public.
