CCTV appeal after bank cards were stolen and fraudulently used

Officers have issued CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the theft and fraudulent use of bank cards.

It was reported that two people had their wallets and bank cards stolen from lockers at The Welcome Gym in Cheltenham and The Nuffield Gym in Gloucester before they were fraudulently used.

One victim had £4000 withdrawn from their bank account after their driving licence and bank card were used and the second had £100 spent on their card at Tesco in Cheltenham Brewery.

The thefts are believed to have taken place on Tuesday 4 and Tuesday 11 July.

Investigating officers have conducted enquiries but are yet to identify the man pictured and are now asking for information from the public.
