Detectives have released CCTV of four people they would like to identify as they may have information which could assist an ongoing investigation.
The footage was captured on 1 January at around 3am in the area of Lower High Street, Cheltenham.
The clips show a blonde woman who is walking while eating from a takeaway tray, a man in a red cap, another man with a blue plastic carrier bag and a woman with brown hair who is either carrying a black bag or a pair of shoes.
Officers are hopeful that those who are in the footage would recognise themselves, and police have stated that those pictured are not suspects, but may instead have important information which could assist police with a stalking case.
The four people are seen to walk along Lower High Street, and it is understood that the blonde woman was on her own, while the other three were in a group together and they cross paths.
A person has been arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation and is on police bail while enquiries continue.
Anyone who recognises someone in the footage is asked to provide this information to police online by completing the following form and quoting incident 330 of 1 January 2023: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/us/a-crime-that-has-already-been-reported/
