Officers in Cheltenham are appealing for witnesses to a suspected road rage which took place on Monday.
Police were called with a report that an altercation had taken place between the driver of a car and motorbike at some point between 5.30pm and 6pm.
It is understood that both vehicles turned from St Georges Road onto Bayshill Road before pulling over, it is from this point that an altercation broke out opposite Hazelwood’s offices.
The rider of the moped reported that he had been punched in the face during the altercation and investigating officers are now appealing for witnesses.
The vehicles that were involved are a white Honda SH motorbike and a grey Suzuki SX4 S-Cross.
They are seeking anyone with CCTV/dashcam footage or who saw or heard anything, in particular a blonde woman who stepped in to stop the altercation.
