Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery which took place in Cheltenham earlier this week.
Officers were called to Persimmon Gardens in Springbank on Tuesday (6 April) following reports of a robbery at around 5.45pm.
It was reported that the victim was approached by a man, who was riding a bicycle, before being punched repeatedly to the head and having his bank card and cash stolen.
The victim was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital to be assessed after being knocked unconscious. He has since been discharged.
Investigating officers are asking anyone who was in the area at the time or has CCTV footage to please get in contact.
