Roads Policing officers are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Cheltenham this morning, Thursday 9 September.
Police were called to Lansdown Road at 6.50am following reports of a collision between a cyclist and van near to the junction for Hatherley Road.
The cyclist, a man in his 20s, was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with a suspected ankle injury, where he remains at this time.
The driver of the white van initially stopped at the scene before leaving and officers would like them to get in contact so that their details can be taken.
Officers are also appealing for witnesses as well as any motorists with dashcam footage to please come forward.
