Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision which took place in Cheltenham last night, Wednesday 9 November.
Emergency services were called to Princess Elizabeth Way shortly after 10.50pm with a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and white Ford Transit van.
The collision took place by the roundabout at the junction of Princess Elizabeth Way and the A4019 Tewkesbury Road.
The pedestrian, a man aged in his 60s, was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for treatment for a suspected head injury. He had been crossing from the Audi garage towards Smyth’s Toys at the time.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision and hasn't already spoken to police.
The road is three lanes at the location of the collision and officers are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who was waiting at the lights in lanes two and three.
Anyone with dashcam footage or information they feel may be relevant is also asked to make contact.
