Officers in Gloucester are appealing for witnesses after a building site was burgled over the weekend.
Police were contacted with a report that unknown offenders had forced entry to a site on Winnycroft Lane in Matson before stealing a large quantity of tools and small plant machinery.
The burglary is believed to have taken place at some point between 1pm on Saturday (15 January) and 6.30am this morning (Monday 17 January).
The stolen items are believed to have an estimated value of around £15,000 and officers are asking anyone with information or who has been offered tools for sale to please come forward.
