Police in Gloucester are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted at a petrol station last month.
Officers were called to BP Garage on London Road at around 1.30am on Sunday 13 June after it was reported that a man had been assaulted whilst on the forecourt.
The caller stated that the man had been knocked unconscious with a single punch which resulted in him sustaining deep cuts to his face.
Investigating officers arrested a 29-year-old who is now on police bail however they are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
