Officers in Cheltenham are appealing for witnesses to an incident which involved a number of teenagers on Monday (20 June).
There was an incident which is alleged to have involved a bicycle being stolen, and a group of teenagers being chased by another teenager with a knife.
It was reported that this took place between Buckingham Avenue and King George V Playing Field at around 7.40pm. No injuries were reported to officers.
Searches were conducted in the area and a 17-year-old boy from Cheltenham was located and subsequently arrested.
The teen was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of class A drugs. He has since been released under investigation.
Officers have been unable to identify and speak to the other teenagers involved and are asking them to come forward.
The group consisted of four boys and three girls. They are thought to have been in their mid-teens, possibly 14 or 15-years-old.
Additionally officers would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed what happened.
