Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault and attempted robbery of a man in Gloucester last month.
It was reported that the victim was on Milton Avenue in Podsmead when he was approached by three men who punched him in the face multiple times before attempting to steal his electric scooter.
This took place near to Milton Avenue Open Space between 5pm and 6.05pm on Thursday 10 August and the victim was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for treatment to facial injuries.
One of the offenders was described as being mixed race, around 5ft 9ins tall and of a slim build. He was wearing all black clothing, black Nike Air Max trainers and a scarf covering his head and face.
The other two offenders were wearing tracksuits.
It is believed that other people were in the area at the time of the incident and officers are asking anyone who witnessed what happened or has dashcam/ring doorbell footage to make contact.
