Officers are appealing for information after a high value electric bicycle was stolen during a burglary in Cheltenham.
It was reported that unknown offenders had gained entry to the garage of a property on Ashley Road in Battledown before stealing a silver Specialized S-Works Turbo Creo Evo SL electric gravel bicycle and charging lead.
The bicycle is valued at £12,000 and has a shorter 80mm stem, wider saddle and a standard seat post.
The burglary took place at some point between 14th and 25th July while the homeowner was away.
Investigating officers are asking local residents to please come forward if they witnessed what happened or have been offered the bicycle for sale.
Additionally, they would like to hear from anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage which they feel may be relevant.
