Police are appealing for witnesses to a suspected arson in Cheltenham yesterday morning, Sunday 5 September.
Emergency Services were contacted at 6.20am with a report that a fire had been started within an alleyway off the High Street.
It was reported that a bin was set alight in the alleyway linking the High Street and New Street before the flames spread to a nearby property. The front door was damaged and smoke spread around the property as a result.
The incident is currently being treated as an arson and investigating officers are conducting CCTV enquiries.
