Officers are appealing for witnesses after a collision in Longlevens near Gloucester earlier this month.
Police were called to the A40 Cheltenham Road East at 3.25pm on Wednesday 7 June after it was reported that three cars had been involved in a collision.
It took place as the road joined the Elmbridge Court roundabout and involved a white Porsche Macan, white Kia Picanto and black Cupra Leon.
The occupants of one of the cars sustained minor injuries.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, saw the cars being driven in the lead up to the collision or who has dashcam footage they feel may be relevant.
