The A429 is currently closed at Stow Road in Moreton following a collision between a pedestrian and car and officers are appealing for witnesses.
Police were called at 2.30pm after it was reported that a pedestrian and Jaguar had collided near to North Cotswold Community Hospital.
The pedestrian is being taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for treatment to serious injuries to his leg.
The closure is in place from the hospital to the roundabout on Stow Road and drivers are asked to find alternative routes.
Emergency Services remain at the scene and Police are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage to please get in contact.
