A man from Cirencester has pleaded guilty to three counts relating to making indecent images of children.
Matthew Woodward, aged 27 and of Woodhouse Close in the town, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court last week.
Woodward was charged with one count of making indecent photographs, namely 43 Category A images; one count of making indecent photographs, namely four Category B images; and making indecent photographs, namely 80 Category C images.
The charges relate to images which had been downloaded and stored on a USB device. Category A is the most serious category.
Last Thursday (12 October), he pleaded guilty to all three counts and has been remanded in custody for sentencing at Gloucester Crown Court on Thursday 2 November.
Woodward was arrested as part of an investigation by the Child Sexual Exploitation team at Gloucestershire Constabulary.
