Two people are due to be appearing at court on Friday (9 August) charged in connection with fatal collisions which took place in Gloucestershire in 2022 and 2023.

A woman is due to appear at court later this week in connection with a fatal collision which took place near Aldsworth in 2022.
Liberty Mitchell, aged 19 and of Chipping Norton, is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Friday (9 August) charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving and three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The charges relate to a collision which took place on the B4425 at Riversmeet North on Friday 2 December 2022 killing two people and seriously injuring three others.
A man is due to appear at court later this week in connection with a fatal collision which took place on Old Birdlip Hill, Witcombe, in 2023.
Artur Mieszczak, aged 41 and of Old Town in Swindon, is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Friday (9 August) charged with causing death by due care while over the prescribed limit of alcohol, causing death by driving a vehicle while uninsured and causing death by driving a vehicle while unlicensed.
The charges relate to a collision which took place on Thursday 6 July 2023 killing a man and seriously injuring a woman.
