Gloucestershire Police are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle road traffic collision on the Ashton Road, Siddington, Cirencester. 

At 11.20am on Tuesday 16 May police were called, together with other emergency services, after it was reported that a car had left the Ashton Road and gone into a ditch and rolled over. The driver of the car, a 24 year old man from Cirencester, was airlifted to Southmead hospital with a serious leg injury. 

Police would like to hear from any witnesses they have not already spoken to who were in the area at the time and saw two cars, one a black BMW, possibly speeding or racing each other.
