Wanted Gloucester man Philip Croker has been arrested and remanded in custody following a public appeal earlier this month.

Croker, 29 and of Park End Road, was wanted for failing to appear at court and driving related offences.

He was arrested on Monday (20 November) following information from the public and appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court yesterday (Tuesday 21 November) charged with dangerous driving, using a vehicle without insurance, driving without a licence and failing to stop for police.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on 22 December.

The offences relate to an incident on Podsmead Road in Gloucester on 19 September in which a car failed to stop for police and was driven in a dangerous manner to get away.

Officers would like to thank the public for their response to the wanted appeal.
