A motorcyclist was forced off the road by a car in Stroud, causing him to collide with a wall.

The victim, a 17-year-old man, was riding his motorbike along Bisley Road at around 3.15pm on Monday (23 January), when a car travelling towards him refused to give way.

As a result, the teenager was forced onto the pavement, where he collided with a wall, damaging his bike and hitting his head.

The car, described as large and silver, carried on driving and didn’t stop at the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or saw a car of this description in the area at the time, should call police on 101 quoting incident 314 of 23 January.
