Police want to trace the rider and pillion passenger of a mini-moped following a collision with a six-year-old boy in Cheltenham.

The incident happened at about 4.20pm on Tuesday, 9 February 2016, on a paved and grassed area in front of flats in Imjin Road.

The child was being walked home from school by his older brother when the bike ran into him, knocking him to the ground - the pillion passenger fell off.

After checking that the boy was not injured, the riders left the scene.

CCTV images of the incident have been released in an attempt to identify the youths.

It is illegal to ride minibikes on public roads, or on public land such as parks, pavements, footpaths and rights of way.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident 442 of 9/2/16.
