Officers have released CCTV images of a person they want to speak to in connection with an incident where someone tried to set fire to a door.

The incident happened on Market Place in Cirencester at approximately 2am this morning, Friday 10 November.

CCTV footage shows an offender setting fire to the front door of Barclays Bank. The unknown person also set fire to a banner further up the street where it is believed some sort of propellant was used.

The offender was wearing a purple coat, jeans, partially covered their face and is described as being 5ft 5/6ins tall.
