Gloucestershire Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident by Bristol Street Ford, London Road, Stroud.

At approximately midday on Friday 10 June a man and a cyclist had a mild altercation as the man pulled out of Bristol Street Ford.  The cyclist later spat at the man through his driver's window.  The man stopped his car to confront the cyclist and cyclist removed something from his back pack, began to run towards the car driver threatening to stab him and making jabbing movements with his hand.

The driver of the car quickly got into his car and drove away.  

Police would like to hear from anyone in the area at the time who may have witnessed this incident. They would like to speak to the driver of Silver Grey Volvo who may have seen what happened.

The cyclist is described as white, around 19/20 years of age with blond hair.  He was wearing denim shorts and a blue top with a rucksack on his back.  He was travelling towards Thrupp.
