A boy who was involved in a serious collision with a bus is in a stable condition.
The incident happened on Park End Road in Gloucester at the junction with Trier Way just after 3.05pm yesterday (Friday 18 March), where a 10-year-old boy suffered serious injuries.
The air ambulance attended and airlifted the boy to Bristol Children’s Hospital, where he is poorly but stable with significant leg and abdominal injuries.
The road was closed whilst officers carried out enquiries and re-opened at around 6.50pm.
Police have already spoken to witnesses who were at the scene, but urge anyone else with information to call 101 and quote incident 308 of 18 March.
